Lettermen’s Energy Holdings, LLC was founded in 2021 by a group of experienced professionals with decades of experience in the propane industry. Lettermen’s was founded with the purpose of building an industry-leading platform in the propane space. Our mission is to help clients increase operational effectiveness while limiting overhead costs through tailored strategic plans. We strive for excellence in everything we do – from innovative business strategies and unmatched customer service – offering a unique value proposition that sets us apart from the competition. About Our Leadership

Though they hail from different areas of the country, our leaders have always had one thing in common: a passion for sustainable growth in the propane industry.

Steve Wambold

Steve Wambold

CEO

Steve has held several top-seat positions in the propane and logistics industries. Steve previously was CEO of a Fortune 1000 propane company for eight years (nearly 20 years in total with the company), with full profit & loss responsibility for the organization, which, at the time, represented a $2B market cap value. During his leadership tenure as CEO, he oversaw 900+ retail locations, 45K+ 20# tank exchange selling sites, and executed over 50 acquisitions. Steve started in the field and learned about propane from the grassroots level. He holds a BA degree from Purdue University.

Randy Schott

Randy is a well-known and respected leader, team builder, and operator in the propane industry. In 1990, Randy joined the country’s second-largest propane company as a District Manager in the Pacific Northwest. Over the next 22 years, he rose through the ranks- ultimately to the position of Senior Vice President of Retail Operations, where he was responsible for operations and sales for all of North America. He holds an AS from Menlo College and a BS from the University of Oregon.

Bill Ruisinger

CFO

Bill has over 10 years in the propane industry; he has held the roles of Director of Accounting, Controller, Vice President of Treasury, and Investor Relations before being appointed CFO of one of the major propane retailers in 2018. Prior to joining the propane industry, Bill served various roles within the assurance practice of Deloitte, LLP from 1997 to 2012, specializing in Oil and Gas and Regulated Utilities. Bill holds BS in Accounting as well as a MA in Information Systems degree from the University of Kansas. He has been a CPA since 2003.

Jim Saladin

CMO

Jim brings significant experience in the propane marketing space, having served as Vice President of Marketing, Communications, and Customer Experience at one of the nation’s top propane retailers. Additionally, he established and led the internal marketing efforts at digital marketing agency DEG, served as a marketing and communications consultant, and was most recently Chief Marketing Officer at Sosland Companies, a media provider serving a worldwide market. Jim holds BA in English Literature from the University of Kansas and serves on several charitable and educational boards.

Kelly Bosak

Chief People Officer

Kelly has experience and expertise in human resources to include talent acquisition, organizational development, total rewards, and performance management. For 15 years, Kelly held various leadership roles in human resources for a top propane retailer. Outside of propane, she has served in HR leadership roles with NorthPoint Development, PBI-Gordon, and DRI. Kelly serves on the board of directors for the Society for Human Resource Management of Greater Kansas City and the Mid America ALS Chapter. Kelly holds a BS in Human Resources from Kansas State University and maintains the SPHR, and SHRM-SCP credentials.
