June 30, 2022 – Kansas City-based propane distribution company Lettermen’s Energy Holdings today announced that it has added Jim Saladin to its leadership team as Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, Mr. Saladin will assume responsibility for accelerating the organic growth efforts of its brands across the country, as well as oversight of its IT and ESG efforts. 

Mr. Saladin has significant previous experience in the propane marketing space at Ferrellgas, and led the internal marketing efforts at digital marketing agency DEG. He was most recently Chief Marketing Officer at Sosland Companies, a media provider serving a worldwide market. 

“Jim has a wealth of experience in both the energy space and in digital marketing, and he’s comfortable at every level of the business on Day One,” said Steve Wambold, Lettermen’s Chief Executive Officer. “As we seek to rapidly grow in a highly competitive market, having an experienced hand at the wheel to lead marketing will be key to our ongoing success.”

Mr. Saladin joins a deeply experienced team at Lettermen’s, including Mr. Wambold, Chief Financial Officer William Ruisinger, and Chief Operating Officer Randy Schott. Combined, the team has more than a century of propane sector experience at every level. This well of experience serves Lettermen’s well as it seeks to continue its fast start as a nationwide propane provider and consolidator.
