Lettermen’s Energy Welcomes Kelly Bosak as Chief People Officer

Lettermen’s Energy Holdings (LEH), one of the nation’s fastest-growing propane platforms, announced today the appointment of Kelly Bosak as its new Chief People Officer. In her new role, Kelly will be instrumental in steering the company’s human resources and talent management strategies as it continues to expand its presence in the dynamic energy sector.

Bosak, who was recently named chair of the board of directors for the Society for Human Resource Management of Greater Kansas City (SHRM-KC), brings a wealth of experience and expertise in human resources, talent acquisition, and organizational development, as well as deep experience in the propane industry. With a proven track record of driving success in high-growth environments after serving in leadership roles with NorthPoint Development, PBI-Gordon, and DRI, she is well-prepared to contribute to LEH’s continued advancement.
